This policy describes what data Shyń Digital (IE Shyń, IIN 060302501300, Republic of Kazakhstan) processes on this website and in the services we develop and maintain, including WhatsApp booking bots.

• Data from the request form on the website: name, phone number, message text;
• In booking services: WhatsApp phone number, the name from the profile or the one given to the bot, the content of the conversation with the bot, details of the bookings made (doctor/specialist, date, time, status).

What the data is used for

• Responding to your request and discussing the project;
• Creating and managing appointments with the organisation you choose;
• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders.

Who the data is shared with

Booking data is shared only with the organisation you are booking with. Message delivery is provided by WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Storage and protection

Data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised persons. Data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the service.
